There are properties that cater for all types of tenants. If your apartment is older, its often larger in size in comparison to the new ones being built today. So if you have an older apartment this doesn't mean it can't be upgraded.

Devise a 2 or 3 year plan, look to update the kitchen when its vacant and then look to install a new bathroom within 12 months or when the tenants vacates is and the opportunity arises.


MAlthough the avenues used by Real Estate agents to market your property are similar, quite often it's the crucial items that are significant.

Regular Inspections

RWe conduct regular inspections of your property, at six monthly intervals and report accordingly with photographic evidence.

The purpose of these inspections is to ensure tenants maintain your property up to a standard outlined in the tenancy agreement, which is clean and undamaged.

It also ensures we can identify and address any maintenance issues that may have not been reported by the tenant and report any preventative maintenance.
